Ordering Process

• What is the minimum quantity I can order?
  Unlike many of our competitors, RapidWristbands.com doesn’t have a minimum order requirement. Order as few as 1 wristband or as many as you need!
• How much does each wristband cost?
  The price of your order will depend on the quantity you choose. Our Order Now page features a handy calculator that updates the cost of your order as you choose the style and customization options for each type of wristband. The larger the quantity of your order, the lower the cost per wristband. Depending on the quantity, some wristbands can be as low as $0.06 each!
  
  Visit our Price List for a breakdown of the cost of each type of wristband based on the quantity ordered. The more you order, the more you save!
• Is there a fee for phrases on the inside of my wristband?
  If you select an interior message, it will be printed (unless requested otherwise) in a simple text font for an additional cost of $0.20 per band. The font size of a message may limit the amount of characters that will fit on the wristbands.
• Is there a fee for each character in my wristband?
  No, the cost of each wristband includes: Front message up to 24 characters Back message up to 24 characters Wrap message up to 34 characters *Additional characters will incur an additional $0.03 per wristband fee
• Can I change/upgrade my wristband(s) after I’ve placed my order?
  Once your order has been confirmed, the design aspects may be changed as long as the order hasn’t gone into production. If you need to change or upgrade your order, please call us at 1 (800) 523-8078.
  
  Please note that changes to the design after receiving your digital proof may affect our ability to deliver the bands by your originally requested date. Feel free to call us if you want more details on the adjusted delivery date!

Silicone Wristband Styles

• Are silicone wristbands the same as rubber wristbands?
  Sometimes we refer to our silicone wristbands as rubber wristbands because of the bouncy, rubbery texture the silicone material has. Our silicone wristbands are made of 100% silicone, not rubber. Some people are allergic to rubber and latex (latex is produced from rubber), so we do not make our bracelets out of rubber or latex. When many people think of wristbands, they automatically think of LiveStrong bracelets– our wristbands are the same, only you get to customize them!
• Do your silicone wristbands contain latex?
  No, all of our silicone wristbands are made of 100% silicone and therefore are allergy-free, as they do not contain latex. We guarantee that all of our silicone wristbands are 100% latex-free.
• What are Color Coat silicone wristbands?
  Color Coat silicone wristbands are coated on the outside with color and the message is debossed, showing the inside color of the band as the text color. See our Picture Gallery for an example!
• What are Embossed silicone wristbands?
  Embossed silicone wristbands use a special mold to create raised characters so that your phrase and artwork are three-dimensional. We offer two band styles that include embossed lettering: our Embossed silicone wristbands feature 3D lettering in the same color as the silicone wristband, and our Embossed Printed, which feature 3D lettering in a different color than the silicone wristband. Because the fonts are raised, these choices can even have their messages printed in braille. Both can be customized and purchased on our Order Now page.
• What are the most durable stlyes of silicone wristbands?
  Our printed silicone wristbands are a great choice for any occasion, but if you know that the wearers of your bands will be very active in them (sports, swimming, etc.), you may be interested in choosing a style that will be more durable. Ink injected silicone wristbands are debossed and filled with ink, protecting the ink from fading and rubbing off. For very active lifestyles, we recommend the embossed (raised) or debossed (engraved) bands, as the message is not printed in ink and will last the lifetime of the band.
• Can I print in more than one color of ink on my wristband?
  Messages and artwork will be printed in the one color chosen in Step 4. We do work with requests to have your design printed in up to 4 colors if you choose the Ink Injected style band in Step 1. To request a multiple colored design, please respond to your order confirmation email within an hour of submitting your order with information about the colors you'd like printed on your band. • Do you carry glow in the dark wristbands?
  Yes! We sell glow in the dark wristbands in seven captivating colors. Our glow in the dark wristbands can be purchased at no additional charge. Glow in the dark wristbands are great for events, youth activities, camping, concerts, and much more! We carry them in printed, embossed, ink injected and debossed band styles.

Tyvek® Wristbands

• What is Tyvek®?
  It is very strong, yet difficult to tear or pull apart, however Tyvek® can easily be cut with scissors or a knife. Please make it: It is very strong, and difficult to tear or pull apart, however, Tyvek® wristbands can be cut easily with scissors or a knife.
• Is Tyvek® waterproof?
  Tyvek® is waterproof to the extent that liquid water cannot penetrate it, but water vapor can. Unlike paper, Tyvek® wristbands will not start to break apart if it is in water for a day or two (i.e. if the wearer is swimming or showering).
• Are the Tyvek® wristbands numbered?
  Our Tyvek® wristbands are numbered with a six-digit number, and each sheet of Tyvek® bands contains 10 wristbands. The bands are numbered sequentially, but we cannot guarantee specific start and end numbers.
• What is the length and width of your Tyvek® wristbands?
  Our Tyvek® wristbands are 10 inches long by 3/4 of an inch wide (10" x 3/4").

Shipping

• How long does it take to ship after I place my order?
  We try our best to accommodate our customers with a variety of options for production and delivery times. Production typically takes 1-5 days once the order is placed, depending on the quantity ordered. Shipping varies from next-day to standard, which can take up to 6 days for domestic delivery after production is completed. With rushed production and next-day shipping, many orders can be delivered in as little as one day. The requested shipping date can be chosen on Step 6 of the Order Now page.
  
  You will receive the tracking number via email once a label has been printed.
• Is my delivery date guaranteed?
  We do our very best to have your order delivered to you on your requested date. Although 97% of wristband orders reach their destination in the selected shipping time, please keep in mind that our delivery dates are requested, not guaranteed, so if the bands are for a special event, allow a buffer time in the case a delay occurs.

Design

• Can I order braille wristbands?
  Yes, both our Embossed and Embossed Printed silicone wristband styles have the availability to have their messages customized in braille thanks to the font being raised against the wristbands. Simply select braille as your font type in "Step 3" on our order now page. For readable braille, we recommend you choose a font size of at least 25.
• Can I order glow-in-the-dark silicone wristbands?
  We have a variety of colored bands that glow in the dark! To see our selection, choose “Glow” in Step 3 of our Order Now page. The colors of these awesome bands will look pale in normal light due to the production process to make them glow. For best glow, please “charge” the bands by laying them in sunlight ahead of time.
• Can I order wristbands in a color that is not listed or offered on your site?
  Yes! Custom colors are available for an additional charge with a minimum order of 200 wristbands. If you need a custom color, call us at 1 (800) 523-8078 or email us at [email protected] to place your order and have the desired Pantone or PMS color code for your bands/ink. (Custom color online ordering is coming soon!)
• Will my wristband color be exactly as I see it in your website?
  Will my wristband color be exactly as I see it on your website? Also change the answer to: You will receive the color that you order on our website, but due to different computer monitor settings, the band color may be slightly different than your monitor’s color. If you have questions about a specific color or would like suggestions on how to best match a specific shade, please contact us via email at [email protected] or give us a call at 1 (800) 523-8078.
• Can I order multiple colors and sizes of wristbands with the same phrase?
  Yes, multiple colors and sizes with the same phrase can be ordered quickly and easily on our Order Now page. To order an multiple sizes or colors, simply select the quantity of each color and size you want in Step 3 and then proceed to design your bands in Step 4. You can change the text color for each band color at the top of Step 4.
• Can I add my own logo or artwork to my wristbands?
  Yes! You can upload your own artwork in Step 4 on our Order Now page by selecting “Upload your own.” We also have over 1,000,000 great pieces of clipart to choose from. If you’re having any issues with uploading your logo, please call us at 1 (800) 523-8078. .
• Can I create marbleized/swirled or multi-colored wristbands?
  Yes! For a more unique wristband, choose marbleized Swirl or multi-color Segmented color options our Order Now page. Silicone wristbands can be swirled or segmented using between 2 and 4 colors. If you need Swirl or Segmented silicone wristbands in a color combination that isn’t offered on our Order Page, please call us at 1 (800) 523-8078 or email us to place your order.
  
  Please note that the darker colors in custom swirls may dominate the lighter shades.

Checkout Process

• Can I see a proof or sample before payment?
  Yes! The Order Now page features a proof of the front, back, and inside of your wristband that updates as you change the style, color, font, and message. Unlike many of our competitors, we also offer the option to have a digital proof in PDF format sent via email once your order is complete at no additional cost. To request this free digital proof, reply to the order receipt email within 1 hour of placing your order so that you can see and approve changes prior to production.
• What should I expect if I request a free digital proof?
  We will send you your free digital proof within 24-48 hours. We will not start production until we have received a confirmation from you on your proof. Please note that delay of approval or changes to the design after receiving your digital proof may affect our ability to deliver the bands by your originally requested date. Changes to the design can be made simply by responding to the proof email with the desired changes or by calling us at 1 (800) 523-8078.
• Are taxes and duties included on international orders?
  If you are ordering from a country outside the United States (U.S.), you are responsible for paying the taxes, duties, and customs fees for your order. Please note that there is an additional fee for international shipping.

Refunds/Discounts

• Can I cancel my order?
  Once an order has been placed, it can only be cancelled if it hasn’t gone into production. Call us at 1 (800) 523-8078 as soon as possible.
  
  If you ordered blank (blank silicone or Tyvek® wristbands), it may be cancelled at any time before it is shipped to you. If your order is customizable, it is not eligible for cancellation or returns once it has gone into production.
• Do you offer a discount for schools/non-profit organizations?
  Our wristbands are priced competitively to offer the best deal possible. At this time we do not have any special discounts for schools or nonprofit organizations.
